Almost Summer?

Oui.

Almost the summer. Unfortunately the colleges not lucky enough to have broken up already are enduring "Activity Week." This of course, involves a series of activites, normally not at all relevant to your studies. This year, the activites on offer have ranged from "Contemporary textiles" to "Bollywood Dancing". And of course, for the Sixth Formers, there was a compulsary UCAS day, just to make sure we're all up to date with the application system.

This was naturally a waste of time, as the organised ones already had thier personal statements 90% complete. The workshops on offer only applied to about half the year, and the other half had to sit through them anyway, simply so they could get their UCAS registration completed, which could just have easily been done at home.

Now it's just enduring the rest of the week, whilst desperate to get to Spain, for some time away avec la famille.

Thinking about exam results is depressing, and with just over a month to go, the natural inclination is of course to think about them. Everyone in the year is going "Will I get into Biology next year?" "What if I can't drop English because I fail French?" "What if I fail EVERYTHING!!"  It's a bit late to do anything about it.

The beach is looking so tempting right now. It's a pity our resident dolphin died. he'd have loved the good weather..

Ahahaha. I <3 it.

Actually I go to a "Sixth Form Centre". Ahaha. =]

Soo. French: My teacher scares me. She scares me alot. She says that B people will find it really difficult to get the right grades, thens set us all a French essay Dx Oh noes.

Physics: "People who don't take maths will struggle." Man, that sucks, looks like I'm going to struggle Dx

English Language-Literature: Reading Wuthering Heights. It's actually an awesome book, once you get past the boringness of it all. I like Cathy jr. She seemed like the only real character.

Psychology: Is awesome.

So I look sexy smexy in ma suit =]] Yes that's right. Suit. T'is the uniform, but I got a RED SHIRT which is made of WIN.

Hahha xD My new favourite joke, other than the muffin thing. That's just plain awesome(which consequently is an oxymoron).

Heheh, I'm at Carly's house- we watched UNDERWORLD. O.O A decidedly great film; werewolves= win.

I'm saving up for Blood and Chocolate, about werewolfehs (rly?), and love <333

Like in Twilight, but imagine Edward as a werewolf, was the gist of the blurb.

Oh oh oh oh. Exam results in 3 days!!! YAY.

That's right! There is only 5 more days until the GCSE exam results are published ^______^ Happy, much! I'm nervous but in a good way, y'know? Like it'll be a thing off my chest, that I won't have to worry about. Hopefully, there'll be A's and A*'s and B's! well. definitley B's. Not surea bout the A*'s. Hopeful about the A's =]

I got a JOB!! =D It's only a Supermarket role but whatever x] £50 a week, for sitting on checkouts for 12 hours. Not bad. Not bad at all.

I also bought a suit, for Sixth form (provided I get in, which is sort of assumed. I'm pretty sure I'll get in, but there's always that doubt). I look thin, smart, and about 3 years older in ma suit =]

My story is prgressing well. 5000 words, I think, roughly. All from Frances's point of view =] I like Frances, she kicks ass, but I think I'd want to kill her, were she more than a figment of my imagination...

Hell yes. I got an interview =D

It was amazing. My first ever one =3

I wasn't even that nervous -laugh- until my parents started trying to give me tips. I don't understand why they feel the need to supervise everything -sigh-.

And it would rain as I walked there xD

Oh

I've started a novel. By the way. I might post an excerpt up tomorrow or something. Unfortunately I don't have many friends (3) so it mayhave to wait, until I track down the rest of thier pages.

It's about werewolves =]

The Dark Knight

AN AMAZING FILM! I watched both the Batman films on the same day, and the second one was way better (mostly due to the guys talking over the first one)

I was rather dissapointed that there was no tribute to Heath Ledger- after all he WAS the Joker, and it was his last film and all. But no, he clearly was not good enough....

The Joker was not as creepy as "Half Face", whose identity shall be kept secret for those who have not seen it), whose whole face was... well.... weird. I WOULD like to know how the Joker got his scars- he kept on changing his story- which was amusing. His laugh was amusing also.

Hmms. I think that's all. My creative juices have reached a dead end.

Ciao!

I'm Back?

After two journal entries I've decided to return =D Exactly what I'm going to do here is debatable. It's possibly just going to be a random piece of text. I could start posting short stories up here. Or something?

Ideas would be appreciated.

I really want to know who the Doctor is regenerating into >.> It's an annoyingly well kept secret! I mean, he's obviously not going to be David Tennant any more ;______; I think he should be that dude who plays Adam Monroe from Heroes (Takezo Kensei)- He's British, and cool.

The Sound Island Festival is in two weeks! And prom is only in one! YAY! -So looking forward to it!-

Any ideas how to get your younger sister to speka in at least half decent grammar?

Gah!!

I had an ICT exam today!!!! (Unit 6:Graphic Design, GNVQ)

It was sooooooooooooooo dull!!! It was supposed to take me one and a half hours to do.Of course I turn up early, just so I can revise and ask my ICT teacher about font sizes. She was really nice to me during the numourous lunch hours I spent getting the work done. There were about five of us doing it I think, i was doing it because I only recently joined the school.

Anyways, I'm in there with a bunch of Sixth Formers, the youngest person in this FREEZING Upper School Gym, sopping wet from waiting for a bus at 7.30Am, my tights are all damp (euch) and I go and finish the stuoid exam FORTY MINUTES EARLY!!!!

I was lieft staring at the clock for forty minutes, I'd already checked the paper three times! It's a very easy exam. You don't need an hour and a half.

So I might watch Doctor Who to ease my nerves. Davids video diaries. Or the Outakes. Hmmmmm. Oh the wonders of the Box Set. I could wathc the Impossible Planet with Audio I suppose.... Gah, who knows. Maybe I'll watch Torchwood...

HELLO!!! Ok, I'm so new to this. I MAY need help. So any help offered, I shall accept. I'm on a Basic thingy if that helps.

So yes, I am a Doctor Who Fanantic. I love it. ADORE it. But I haven't watched the old series. I'm trying to catch them on UKTV in the mornings, but that's very difficult. I'm writing my Doctor WHo Fanficiton, based at my Deviant Art Site. 5 Chapters in (I'm so proud, but that writers block just keeps on pulling me down.

The Tenth Doctor is my favourite Doctor. David Tennant is just fantastic!! He balances serious and funny to a delicate perfection!

So I've started this thing up. Just for the sake of it. I'm not sure why, but the reason will come clear I'm sure!!

So that's all for now folks!!
